Error in T- Replication

  i am getting this error message "Error executing a batch of commands. Retrying individual commands" in synchronization status and also when i do tracer token in replication monitor its showing distributor to subscriber and total latency in pending status...

  Please help me our what to do.

  When it retries the individual commands does it succeed in replicating them or does that also fail?

  If so, does the distribution agent list the record it failed on?
