Back in Dec 08 we installed the urgent Security patch from MS which caused a few errors on our database. All services were restored but Reporting services showed non critical errors.
Since then we installed SP3 and assumed all would be fixed from the security patch issues, however now Reporting Services won't work with the following error:
Cannot Connect to server:
The Report Services WMI Provider is not installed or is misconfigured
(Microsoft.SqlSever.Management.UI.RSClient)
We don't really use RS but i would like a clean bill of health for our SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition set up.
I hope i don't need to remove and re-install RS? Any help appreciated?

We also had an issue with Reporting Services due to this patch. We were unable to restart the reporting windows service and have never resolved this. Has anyone had this problem and did they manage to resolve it ?
