  Is it possible to find the Last Index Reorganize/Reindex dates?

  We have install Index maintenance program at the client site and unfortunately we do not maintain Audit table to store this DDL command.

  Only option we have to get this information if possible thru System table or DMV Views.

  Don't think this is stored anywhere. How do you do the index? Maintenance plan? Typically there are logs setup for those.
