    Please help me for learning integration services..I want to learn Integration services...and want to run some practical examples and flow charts...

    Start over at JumpStartTV.com and watch the numerous videos on SSIS. I believe Microsoft also has some getting-started videos on their website. I would also recommend the Wrox book on SQL Server Integration Services. And of course, SQL Server Central is a great place to ask specific questions.
