  Hi...

  after importing report to pdf, i took print out but its showing extra pages which in unnecessary, how to solve this...

  Sounds like your pages are rendering wider than standard Portrait / landscape A4 page widths.

  Check that both your report settings and the size of the obects on the design canvas are within standard A4 page with measurements
