  Hi Guys,

  When I restart the SQL Server Agent, I get the following error:

  The SQL Server Agent service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if the have no work to do, for example,

  the Performance Logs and Alerts service

  I have tried some solutions on the net but nothing has worked.

  The SQL Service and SQL Server Agent accounts are running under the same domain user account. I have added the user account into SQL and gave it sysadmin rights.

  Please help.

  Look in the SQLAgent log, SQL error log and event logs for failures.
