SSRS Shared Data Source

  • I have inherited an SSRS server. The previous admin had hidden all of the shared data sources rather than establishing security to prevent users from seeing them. Now, I need to edit those data sources since we are moving to a new SQL Server for production. How do I un-hide them or where can I find them to edit them?

  • On the Data sources Folder, right click and properties -> uncheck the Box "Hidden in List View"

  • I don't see a data sources folder. I think the data sources were created in each folder.
