What are the support options with SQL Server? If you have a problem do you have to pay $90+ per incident or have a very expensive support agreement?
From what I read on their site, software assurance does cover support. But then when I was getting a quote from a vendor for SQL licenses that included SA, she said that it really isn't for support, it's just for free upgrade protection. I'm confused. Can someone that has experience with this enlighten me??
