BY adding 3GB switch in boot.ini in a 4gb ram computer we can make
3gb available to sql server in 32 bit right.\
if we add thd 3GB switch in 32gb win2003 enterprise edition, it is said that only 16GB is available to the operating system how it is calculated
IT SHOULD BE 32-3 =29GB TO BE AVAILABLE TO THE SYSTEM

means until we remove 3GB switch
total ram/2. One part is to kernel and one to user mode operations
that is what you say sure please confirm
