    i want to send a report by attaching it to e-mail,what are the configurations i have to set ,pls can any one give the total process "to send a report attaching to e-mail"

    hello,

    you go to all programs ->ms sqlserver 2005 -> configuration tools -> reporting services configurations.

    After that , connect to sqlserver instance, and click on email setting, and fill out the sender address(your email address) and SMTP server .
