Can I connect to a DB if it's target server in logshipping

  Hello,

  I have not used logshipping much. We have an application which connects to data base using ODBC (system DSN). But while we are tryin to connec to the server using admin name and pwd its not accepting.

  The server we are connecting is a DR server and we have logshiping configured for dumping Prod data at an fequenc of 15 mins.

  Please advice

  You should be able to, depending on how the log shipping is set on your target server. If we set it as readonly, we can then access.

  You should make sure your security part is copied to your target server.
