Hello All,
Anyone had the following issue?
I am creating a Report Parameter with a Data type of string. I set the Available values to Non-queried and set one or both of the values to an Expression...see the example below.
Label Value
String1 ="Hello" & " " & "World!"
String2 Bat man was awesome!!!
When I go to preview the report the drop down is grayed out. I have tried a bunch of different Expressions...from simple to complex...no luck.
TIA
Jason

Hi,
Even i tried this a few days back. What i could observe is that if you give a value in the non-queried tab then d drop down is grayed out. If u just leave it blank then i think u'll b able to enter values in d drop down.
Thanks,
Deepti

Figured out my issue...and it's a strange one!
I didn't think it would matter but I did have a few other parameters configured...both were populated by a query. Putting the non-queried parameter BEFORE the queried ones resolved the issue...who'd a thunk it? Anyway...thanks for the comments.
Jason
