SQL Server not listening at port 1433

  Hi all,

  Suddenly, this SQL server can accept requests from port 1433. It got not problem in accepting namedPipes-based requests.

  I found an error reqistered in application log, shown as follows:

  Computer Name: SGRADB01

  Event Code: 17055

  Event Type: error

  Time Written: 20060718105826.000000+480

  Source Name: MSSQLSERVER

  User:

  Message: 19012 :

  SuperSocket Info: Bind failed on TCP port 1433.

  Stop and re-start the SQL Server doesn't help. Shall I reboot the SQL Server?

  Help!!!
