You have a full log file. Are you running backups? Is msdb in simple recovery mode or full?
Please post your question in the edit box, not the title.

I am new with company. I found out that there is no jobs done on the SQL server. They have backup through backup exec.

then they are probably not backing up the logs.
even if they are using backup exec to back the databases up to tape I would still have backups on disk, space permiting, and ALWAYS disk backups for system dbs, preferably on a different drive to the system database files.
Set up maintenance plans to backup your databases, including transaction log backups for those databases in full recovery mode.
If msdb is in full mode, put it back in simple mode.
