Could you expand a bit on exactly what you're looking for?

well, my probelm is:
my boss wanted to find a way that nobody acceses my database , neither db administrator
So, now that he found that it is not possible, he put me to find a way of encrypt the entire database, like DotNetObfuscator is doing for c# code, for example.
Do you know about something like this?
Thanks

You may look at xp_crypt http://www.database-encryption.com/xpcrypt.html
Though I haven't used it, so I can't say if it's good or not.
(on the other hand you could ask your boss why he don't trust his admins...)

http://www.databasejournal.com/features/mssql/article.php/3483931 might help you.
But, as you point out, encrypting the data inside the DB is probably a bad idea. Better to keep bad people out, but leave the data in a state where it can be managed.
