Hi All,
I found a new word called "PowerShell" in Sql Server 2008, when I right click on the table in SQL Server Management Studio, It's attract my eyes and mind too to know more about this.
Although I have gone through the documents which has loaded at the time of SQl Server 2008 Installation but really I need to know more and why it comes in Sql Server as a menu item.
Can anyone clear me on this concepts?

Powershell is, to all intents and purposes, the replacement for the DOS prompt. What it really is though, is a very extensive scripting language that allows you to take direct control over processes, Windows 2008, SQL Server 2008, Operations Manager, others, that expose a Powershell hook. It's pretty exciting stuff for all us admin types. It's basically going to give us functionality like one of the *nix shells, korn, whatever.
Unfortunately, it's a whole new programming language to pick up. But your employment prospects will only improve with this skill in your pocket. I'm trying to learn it some in my spare time (which I still don't seem to have any of).

There are plenty of tutorials for Powershell out there, just google it.
Also you can download versions for XP Pro and Win 2003, which is nice if you want to think about production usage right now.
