Using the Adventureworks data base on one instance where the data is in the E:\Program files\Microsoft Sql Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\DATA folder. I setup transactional replication to another instance where the data lives in D:\Microsoff Sql Server\MSSQL.5\MSSQL\DATA, (subscriber). The tables are there but no data in the tables. I see a lot of errors in the Replication monitor. Do the data paths need to be the same? Any other things to look for?

Different paths shouldn't be a problem. What kind of errors are you getting?
