Question about cursor

    Is there a cursor function or property signifying that cursor is already positioned at the last row? I already tried CURSOR_STATUS , @@CURSOR_ROWS, @@FETCH_STATUS but none of them returns what I want.

    Nope, can't know it's the last row until you move past it.
