I've got to be honest and say I'm still not sure on what you need exactly. Do you want the IP address of the server? If so, you could use this example here that uses xp_cmdshell. http://shenoyatwork.blogspot.com/2006/09/sql-server-how-to-get-servers-ip.html

I don't think there's a way to get this information from SQL Server though.
