Hi all,
Running into a problem with reporting services and printing. I have a label, 4.00" X 5.00", which i am trying to print to a Zebra S4M ZPL (200dpi) via a report. Now when i have the printer setup to take landscape as the default and i have configured the report to the label size, if i export the report to pdf then print it, it works fine. Prints in position and doesnt have any problems. Im trying to cut out this step thou. printing directly from the report wont work. My Label is cropped or printed in the wrong format. seems to be trying to print in the wrong direction. I cant see any difference between the pdf and a direct print. the printer works fine if its a pdf so the problem isnt the printer.
Can anyone help me with this?

Hey Niall,
I have a very similar problem trying to print a 2.5" x 4" label to a Zebra LP2844 label printer.
This printer takes a label in portrait format, and a similar thing happens when printing directly from SSRS. The report gets shrunk to occupy the same space on the label as it would say on an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper.
Just curious if you have had any luck figuring this one out... don't really feel like rolling out print driver changes due to the printer performing fine against any other application...
Thanks,
- D
