  A process on our SQL Server 2000 SP3a ended and wote the following to a dump file:

  08/25/05 00:06:03 spid 0                                                  

  *                                                                             

  *   Exception Address = 00426623                                              

  *   Exception Code    = c0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION                   

  *   Access Violation occurred reading address 00000198  

   

  Can someone explain possible causes?
