Hi all,
I've configurated SQL Databse e-mail with success, e-amil test arrived me perfectly....but when I try to send an e-mail on result of an job this one don't arrive me.
There is something to set-up for this action?

You probably need to restart the SQL Agent. Any changes in database mail profiles used by SQL Agent won't be active until you restart the SQL Agent.

Do you have the SQL Agent setup to use email? It seems a little quirky but adding the setup for database mail does NOT setup the SQL Agent to use it. Right-click on SQL Agent then tell it to use database mail. Once complete, re-start the Agent and it should work.

Do you have Microsoft Operations Manger in your enviroment? I've found that product and new Systems Center much more robust for handling that kind of reporting. It's a central location for reporing, email, and monitoring. You can receive email notification for almost anything you can imagine.
