    Can we apply triggers at 'DataBase Level' in SQLServer2000??

    You've put "Database triggers" in quotes. What do you want to accomplish? Perhaps you can get similar functionality in SQL 2000 if you let us know your goals?

    Actually i want an event to be triggered whenever update,delete or insert occurs at

    any of the table in the database and put that whole row(which was deleted,updated or inserted)

    in a single column of my audit table.
