I'm probably going to Week 2, for IT Pros. But then again, I'm facing the upgrade to Windows 2008 Active Directory.

I'm not sure how they plan on getting a lot of developers either. They're throwing the .NET DevConnections (ASP.NET/Visual Studio/SQL Server/Sharepoint Connections) in late April, also in Orlando. Paul Randal and his better half seem to be pretty heavily involved in that one, and quite honestly, seems a lot more focused on stuff developers and DBA's would care about.

Your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on my part...unless you're my manager...or a director and above...or a really loud-spoken end-user..All right - what was my emergency again?

Teched Europe 2007 was structured in this way and I went to week 2 with a colleague. Both of us found it very useful and the fact it had a narrower focus was very strong.
There were never a shortage of various SQL / Windows 2008 sessions to attend and as always the speakers were first rate.
I'd like to get out to TechEd in the US this year but tightening of budgets might make this not happen, we'll see.
Hope this helps, any questions let me know.
Regards,
Andrew
