I can´t connect to named instance (64 bit). This is installed on Windows 2003 server with SQL 2005 as default instance. I know how to solve this problem on SQL 2005 - but i don´t have a "SQL Server Surface Area Configuration" in SQL 2008. I try to connect with other PC with SQL 2008 32 bit edition. Any idea ? Thank for help.

How are you trying to connect?
The SAC is removed in 2008 and you need to sp_configured or use SSMS to make changes. If you are on the server, can you connect to the local IP/instance name?
