Anyone have link for a list of Patches for Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio i'm on 9.00.1399.00

You're running the "unpatched" or RTM version (the original version of SQL server without any patches).
I get all my patches through Microsoft Update. It automatically picks up what I need. I would recommend you turn that on (or just fire it up).
Latest support pack currently available is SP2 - here's a download link:
You might consider applying CU7 if Sp2 has some odd behaviors, but you need to specifically request access to it in order to install it, since it hasn't "officially" been vetted for all issues.
