I have a publisher that had an issue the other night that required SQL servers to be stopped and restarted. After which I noticed that all of the replication jobs had failed due to the previous errors. I restarted all of them successfully and re-initiated a snapshot. Then I reinitialized the subscriptions; which promptly began to update. However, the indexes that existed on the subscriber tables were deleted except for the primary keys. The Indexes did stay on the publisher though. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Within your Article default settings, I assume the table is dropped and recreated as part of the snapshot. Are the boxes ticked for Nonclustered indexes within the Objects to be transferred option.

Graeme
