To Email address in subscription

    one of my users is trying to add a subscription and get the email address to be different from the default but the to box is disabled.

    I have seen other posts and changed the rsreportserver.config file called sendemailtouseralias to false but this hasn't made any difference.

    As a superuser i can change it so suspect it is a security option but he has manage all subscriptions on already. Any ideas?

    Hi dareen,

    Are you talking abt Data Driven Subscription...I mean to say...is your user is facing this issue while trying to subscribe for Data Driven Subscription..??
