  Hi,

  We are expecting to upgrade our sql box running under cluster environment(active/passive) on SAN to 2005.

  Is there anybody who did it before? Can you share your experience in terms of possible issues..

  Can you also share like the best option to do this.

  On upgrade is there any issues on those procedures/triggers etc written without table owner(in sql 2k)? cause I know that there is a new concept of schema in sql2k5.

  I've been told that the upgrade is always smooth and that we should be able to do upgrade and enhancement of application using the same sql box. How true or untrue is this?

  Our database is more than 100 GB.

  A good first step would be to run the 2005 upgrade advisor and review the output report from that.
