  We have a SQL 2005 Report Services installed on a seprate physcial server from our SQL 2005 database server. We are about to apply SP2 to the SQL 2005 DB server. Will I also need to apply SP2 to the 2005 Report Server?

  You do not "have" to, but I would recommend it. There are some significant improvements over RTM and sp1.
