SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) is the graphical mangement tool for SQL Server 2005. It includes a query tool.
SQL Server Query Analyzer (hopefully this is what you mean) is the query tool that came with SQL Server 2000.
Express Edition has a it's own version of SSMS known as SQL Server Management Studio Express.

Thank you!
is there any button in ssms, which "Generate Change Script" where I can see what exactly the ssms do in details when I run a query?
where I can find him exactly?
and thank again

I may not understand your question. Do you want to know what SSMS does behind the scenes when you run something in a query window? If so, then I'm not aware of anything in SSMS but you can start a SQL Server Profiler trace on the database, run your command, then see what the trace shows.

I am not sure if the express edition has it, but in Enterprize Manager, there is a button on the tool bar called 'Save change script', that looks like a small scroll behind a floppy disc. If you make your changes in EM, instead of hitting the save button, hit the save change script button, and you will see the SQL script EM is running behind the scenes.
