    hey im new to using sql server management studio , does anyone know where i can get a username and password i can't find where i can make one for it

    If you have admin rights on the machine, your login account will have admin rights on the SQL Server instance as well.  You can log in using your Windows credentials and log in to create a SQL account (or set up a login for a Windows account).
