Is it possible to restore a specific table from a backup

    Greetings, I am using the backup utility to backup my database... database -> All Tasks -> backup database. When using this method to backup a database is it possible to restore one table? Thanks.

    No.  The work around is to restore the database with a new name, truncate data from the original table, then copy the data you want to keep from the restored table to the original table using DTS or an INSERT...SELECT statement.
