First, it's not likely that we'll actually be able to see the document on your "C:" drive.
Second, you haven't explained what you want the proc to do.
Third, if you want someone to write the proc for you, hire a consultant. Otherwise, show what you have tried and ask specific questions about problems you may be having. I suggest you actually use full words in your explanations.

You would get a lot of help if you'd at least identify what it is what you want to do... 😉
But I understand... sometimes you're in a bit of a pickle and you don't actually want folks to find out that you might not know how to do something or you may not even know enough to figure out what you want the proc to do to the data.
