It's kind of weird that whenever I wanted to rignt click on any stored procedure and try to modify, kicks me out from Management Studio.
Even if I click new query button , kicks me out from Management Studio.
The account I am using to connect to the server have all the admin rights. I don't think it's a permission issue.

What does kick you out mean? The application closes? It must be corrupted then.
Are you modifying user stored procedures?

It actually closes the application. Yes, I am trying to modify user Stored Procedure.

I would check Microsoft update to see if there are any service packs for:
Management Studio
Your version of Windows
Your version of SQL Server
.NET framework
If none of these take care of the problem, then yes, you have to re-install management Studio.
