How can I install 'Database Engine Tuning Advisor' with SQL Server 2005 Express ?

    Hi there,

    I'm a newbie to SQL Server 2005. I've got the Express Edition installed in Windows XP SP2.

    I was learning about query/db optimization through a book that says

    "From SQL Server Management Studio, select Database Engine Tuning Advisor from the Tools menu"

    I don't have Database Engine Tuning Advisor in my MS SMS Tools Menu.

    Where can I get it ?

    I may be wrong, but I think it only comes with the non-free versions of SQL server.

    What you may like to do, if you're serious about SQL is buy a copy of developer edition. It's only $50 or so, and has most of the features of enterprise, just with a development-only licence,
