Subscription - Username can be seen but is not correct

    Hi

     

    When a user want to subscribe to a report, he sees his name in the To.

    This is the, I guess, active directory name. That will not work when you apply this subscription. So you should be able to change this into an emailadres.

    As admin I can do this without a problem and when i put my email up there it saves and sends the report.

    We work with shared data sources within the reports.

    How can I solve this issue ?

    Check the ReportServer config file. There is a default domain setting that you can use which will be appended to the username if the one is not supplied in the subscription.
