zip file links in a previous article

  was bringing up a new 2000 server, and wanted to get the DBAtoolkit so i could install teh regular expressions.

  the link in the articles found here are broken for the zip file:

  http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/Advanced+Querying/sql2000dbatoolkitpart2/2362/

  The link was trying to go to http://www.sqlservercentral.com/downloads/DBAToolkit.zip

  probably need to migrate any downloads to matcht he links on the new server, or update the articles to have a different path to the zips.
