SQL Server Agent Stops itself after few weeks

  Although I checked the box "auto start SQL Server Agent when stops unexpectedly", it still stops itself after few weeks.  I am using SQL Server 2000.  I will notice it when the jobs scheduled do not run.

  Please advise!

  do u jav access to "admin tools--event viwer" if u do look at the log noted down at that time when agent aws stopped hope that might help u
