Hi, does anyone know how to hide/turn off the export options? I would rather some of the format options, such as 'TIFF file', 'Web archive', not available to the users, but don't know if I can turn it off. If so, where do I do this? Thanks very much! -- wq

Sorry, I found out the solution. Edit the configuration file would do it. Thanks anyway. -- wq

Good find...for others that want to do this could you list steps you took with the file names you modified?

I just commented out extensions we don't need in the 'Render' section in file rsreportserver.config. The default location for the file is 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.3\Reporting Services\ReportServer\'.
One thing I found out is if I took out the extension for TIFF, the users will get error printing with the 'print' button -- we're using the report manager, may not be an issue if not using report manager. -- wq
