We use RSScripter as well. It is a great tool for deploying reports from one folder to another or to another server. And best of all, you don't have to have VS to do it.

You can also go into report manager and use Upload File. Or enter the properties tab of a report and under General -> Report Definition click "Update" for existing reports.
Though in reality that's no different from using SSMS.
I'm also going to throw my vote behind RSScripter. Great tool.
