Any Ideas?

The error code 0x80040154 is for "Class Not Registered". I'm wondering if your connection values are correct?
There is a section on this site: http://weblogs.sqlteam.com/phils/ about linking TeraData to Sql Server using a TeraData Ole DB driver (it's a way down the page).
You can get the OLE DB driver from here: http://www.teradata.com/t/page/130536
Sorry I can't help you further myself, let me know how it goes!
