Hi all,
I am hitting road block when i try to deploy reports to SharePoint Integrated reporting service.
I have set the
Data source to http:/sharepointserver/site/sharepointsubsite/documents/my folder
TargetReportSserver:
http:/sharepointserver/site/sharepointsubsite/documents/my folder
TargetURL :
http:/sharepointserver/site/sharepointsubsite
what am I misssing on this. I get follwoing error:
Connection could not be made to the report server
http:/sharepointserver/site/sharepointsubsite
WHY!!!

I am not sure where the problem is. Check out this documentation http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb326356.aspx. Make sure you install SP2 for reporting services. You can use the Default Web Site as well, but you have to change the port

As far as I know your url's are right. I've managed to deploy reports and datasource tot a SS document library in this way with VS2005. But I'm facing all kinds of other problems the moment. SS won't show my reports yet on a web part page, but my report server can. For the rest, all kinds of things could be happening here. Is your reportserver web app running on a domain account? Is your SS site on another machine? Also running on a domain account? Do you use Integrated Windows authentication, with Kerberos? Then I suggest you read about SetSPN and 'trust for delegation' and 'double hop'. I find the matter quiet complicated but with a lot of reading and trying I managed to get on step by step.
