server authentication

    Hi All,

    my requirement is to change the server authentication on sql server 2005 from existing windows authentication mode to sql server and windows authentication mode. while doing so i am getting error msg like "operation is not valid due to the current state of the object".

    but the same job i am able to do it in sql server 2000

    Please try to reslove it.

    How you doing it? What edition and version of sql 2005 you are using?

    Are you following bol instructions..

    Have you got the latest Service Packs on Sql 2005, as I have ran into problems before because of not having the latest service packs, do a simple windows update and see if anything comes uner SQL 2005.
