high-end SQL Server database training

  • Hi,

My employer is thinking of sending me to a training thats more toward database architect level, i.e. how database system is supposed to be implemented in large database environment, with high transaction volume and high availability, both hardware wise and software wise. Because our database is growing at a good speed, and they want me to be exposed to that kind of system first. I know a lot of training courses are for certification, or how to use sql server. Thats not what I want.

I hope I have made myself clear.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
