You have more than the minimum the SQL Server installer may be confused, try installing the Advanced it comes with all the features of regular SQL Server except the Agent. The first link to download Express Advanced and the second link is the system requirements and another thing don't answer questions from the installer only answer those relevant to you.

When it does the system check at the beginning of the install, you should be able to click on the link and it'll tell you what it thinks is not correct. It should still allow you to continue (as it's only a warning), and setup should still be successful.

Looks like the recommended RAM of 1GB could be causing the warning.
From the link http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143506.aspx:
3SCC will warn the user but will not block Setup if the minimum or recommended RAM check is not met. Memory requirements are for this release only, and do not reflect additional memory requirements of the operating system. SCC verifies the memory available when Setup starts.
