I saved a DTS to the SQL 2005 server. I cannot seem to find the saved package in SQL 2005 Server Management Studio. Where might it be buried?

In Object Explorer, expand Management, expand Legacy, expand Data Transformation Services. The packages listed are those that are stored in msdb.

hhhmmm, I don't see anything under Mgmt -> Legacy -> DTS. I tried again and double checked that I saved it to right server. I also checked another server, but it was there.

Did you save the package as a file then import it in Management Studio? That worked for me.

Are you looking under the Database Engine or did you actually connect via Object Explorer to the Integration Services object?

He shouldn't have to connect to Integration Services if the package is still a SQL 2000 DTS package. But maybe I shouldn't have assumed that.
How about it SBICKFORD, is the package still DTS or did you migrate it to SSIS?
