32-bit to 64-bit upgrade, license question

    I have a server currently running 32 bit that I want to upgrade to 64 bit (currently has X64 compatible AMD CPUs).  I have tried to find among MS' weblink any information about what I need to do for a license for the SQL Server.  Do I need to buy a new license for the 64 bit?  Or does my SQL 2005 Standard license give me the right to run that license as either 32 or 64 bit?

    Found the answer myself.  You do not need to buy a new license.
