I use Enterprise Manager to manage 76 different SQL Servers around the world.
If I set up a job, for example, and schedule it to start at 3:00 PM, would the time be 3:00 PM my time, or 3:00 PM of the SQL server's time?
My dilemma is in scheduling various jobs, backups, etc. 2:00 AM in the Eastern time zone is the middle of the day in Tokyo. If I schedule a backup to run, I need it to run in the night.
Thanks All!

If you assassinate a DBA, would you pull a trigger?

Are you using a Multiserver environment where your local server is the Master server and the box in Tokyo is the target server? Do you have the ability to remote to the server in Tokyo? If so, why not set up the job on the Tokyo SQL Server remotely and then see what your local Enterprise Manager shows for the scheduled start time after you set it up. That will hopefully give you your answer.
