Sending a Job Email no matter what (success or failure)

  Under the Job's Properties Dialog, the Notification Tab, under 'Actions to perform when the job completes' Section, when the 'Email Operator' Option is selected there are 3 Options:

  When the job succeeds,

  When the job fails,

  Whenever the job completes

  My question is; which option would send an email to the Operator no matter what happens with the Job (for example, whether it succeeds or fails)? I want to be emailed if the job succeeds and if the job fails.

  We are running SQL Server 2000 Standard Edition (sp3) on Windows 2003.

  When a job completes, it either fails or succeeds. So, use 'When the job completes' to cover the other two.
